Lakeshore Concierge Medicine model comes with an annual membership cost. Due to the annual membership fee, Concierge Medicine is not for everyone. The membership fee is counterbalanced by the improvement in timely access, plus an extension in visit duration in a setting of improved hospitality to you the patient. This design allows the doctor to focus more on you, with significantly less energy directed toward administrative and third-party burdens beyond the doctor-patient relationship.

Limited or no waiting time for appointments for non-routine health issues. If you call for an appointment we can usually schedule a time that same day or next business day.
Direct access to your physician or other clinician by email, phone, text messaging and fax Monday through Friday.
Telephone consultations – scheduled.
Enhanced facilitation of test scheduling and results.
48-72-hour turnaround time for medical forms.
Continued direct physician access by phone or telemedicine during hospital care.
Same day prescription refills.
Physician availability after hours, weekends and holidays by phone.
